Manual vintage into wood boxes of 20 kg, with fermentation in steel tubs about one month with temperature control.

A fifteen months stage in brand new french oak wood and steel tubs

COLOUR:
Intense red with violet tones

FRAGANCY:
Very mature wild fruits with a soft chocolate e coffee flavour

TASTE:
Soft structure with a well tempered acidity that gives to it a long final and a wild fruits flavour.

Red meet and hutting
